Kristen Stewart is thrilled to inject refreshment in the cast of Charlie’s Angels upcoming sequel 2019, under the direction of talented Elizabeth Banks. ‘Heavily armed’ with the beautiful Stewart, the cast is a reason more to excite the fans. Stewart promises this reboot will be a bit more interesting than the 2000 & 2003 movie prequels. She hints the producer this time is including more funny scenes in play without fading the old concept of Charlie’s Angels.
Yet, Stewart stresses that Banks will be bringing original scenes, promising to the movie fans a great watch, even though not everybody is optimistic that the reboot is needed, since the prequels were loved so much by everyone including her!
Stewart hints at a warm & funny movie for ET :
“The re-imagining is so grounded and well intentioned and really shows the way women can work together now. It tries to be warm and funny, but it lacks a kitsch element that we have seen before that works so well.”
Not uncommon for a producer to play as one of the main featuring stars, Banks the producer of Charlie’s Angels reboot set for 2019, will be one of the leading cast. Together with her will join her: apart from Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska.
Lot of Kickboxing in the Reboot of Charlie’s Angels Set for 2019
Stewart’s physical look is astonishing, yet her role requires her to train kick-boxing, meaning the crowd will see kick-ass fighting scenes, traditionally as in the initial prequels of the Charlie’s Angels, all this, under the supervision and close consulting with the experienced Elizabeth Banks.
All are excited for this upcoming sequel, even the former star Lucy Liu, one of the main stars in the two prequels of Charlie’s Angels. Lucy Liu doesn’t hide her excitement that Banks, a woman, will be directing the 2019 edition of Charlie’s Angels.
The First Two Prequels of Charlie’s Angels were a Box Office Success
Charlie’s Angels first film earned $264 million under the direction of McG (Joseph McGinty Nichol), unlike the second edition Full Throttle slightly less successful, but the both made the audience love them.
With high certainty the main stars will(have to) go along, to not get ‘shadowed’ by the prequels, offering something noticeable more interesting reasons to watch this reboot, and Stewart adds she’s ‘looking forward to meet them’.
Elizabeth Banks was asked by Sony to direct this 2019 Charlie’s Angels edition. It will be produced under Bank’s movie production company Brownstone Productions.
