When does Rick and Morty season 4 comes out?

There’s no official Rick and Morty season 4 air release date yet. But we can expect the season to come in the first few months of 2019. According to Ryan Ridley, this season took a little more time to develop not only because they weren’t sure about the renewal of the series, but also because they wanted to keep the quality high as they have been doing in the past seasons.

But of course, all this was to be expected after the season 3 finale came with a post-credit scene showing Mr. Poopybutthole warning us about a probable long wait for next season.

This means we are not probably going to see season 4 this year, but perhaps soon enough the next. So let’s wait and hope it doesn’t make us wait for more than expected.

How many Rick and Morty season 4 episodes to expect?

With ten episodes in the second and third season plus eleven more in the first one, we could safely say that season 4 will also come with a similar number of episodes.

It is important to say, however, that Dan Harmon has spoken about this before. Several sources comply with the writer, voice actor, and co-creator, saying that the next season will probably have up to 14 episodes – which means going a little over the media of previous seasons.

But this is not an announcement or an official idea. Actually, there seems to be a sort of misunderstanding between Harmon and Justin Roiland, the other writer and co-creator, who expresses his reluctance to do it this way and instead stick to the same 10-11 episode per season.

So, there’s no real way to say anything about the number of episodes safely. We can only hope they release all of these season 4 episodes the same year.

Rick and Morty Season 4 cast and new additions

Rather than sticking to the same characters over and over, Rick and Mortyis one of the few shows that always promotes the use of new ones, sometimes bringing familiar faces to the show.

From the likes of Susan Sarandon to Christian Slater, Nathan Fillion, Tony Hale, Christina Hendricks, Stephen Colbert, Albert Molina, Dana Carvey, and many others – the creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland have surely been able to expand the universe with several top-notch choices. And of course, there are many more to come, especially those who have already shown enthusiasm to appear such as actor Christopher Lloyd and even the famous super-genius Elon Musk.

But surely, the main cast for Rick, Morty, Jerry, Beth, andSummer will stay the same, with Roiland voicing the main two characters, and Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer and Sarah Chalke the rest.

Is the teaser from Rick & Morty 4 out?

When it comes to knowing about the next season of the show, we are practically all lights out. Apart from the few interviews and little details Roiland and Harmon have shared, we don’t know much really. We haven’t even received a Rick and Morty season 4 trailer, so there’s really nothing to be sure about this time.

Luckily for us, we are pretty sure this next season 4 of Rick and Morty will come with many more things to offer. Not only they are taking more time this season to develop, write, and animate – but also to prepare fantastic stuff for the audience.

As one of the most innovative and funny shows on TV as of today, we are pretty sure the next Rick and Morty season 4 release will come with more over-the-top and ridiculous things to enjoy.

So tighten up the seatbelts in the meantime because there’s no doubt we are not only going to get what we have waited for but much more!

We will be updating the post constantly.
